Yes, our batteries are certified for both sea and air transport. We provide MSDS and safety test reports for non-dangerous products to ensure smooth delivery.
Is fast charging recommended for GEL batteries?
Fast charging is generally not recommended as it can be harmful to the internal chemistry and reduce the overall lifespan of the battery.
Can I do a partial replacement of my battery bank?
Partial battery replacement in lead-acid battery banks is not recommended. Mixing new batteries with old ones can cause charging imbalances and lead to premature failure.
What is the shelf life and how should I maintain the battery?
VRLA batteries self-discharge less than 3% per month at 25°C. They should not be stored for more than 6 months without recharging. In hot climates, we recommend recharging every 3 months.
How is the quality of the batteries controlled?
We follow a strict ISO 9001 quality system, including Incoming Quality Control (IQC) for raw materials, In-process Quality Control (PQC) during production, and Final Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) before shipping.
Why do batteries have different capacities at different hour rates?
Battery capacity is dynamic and depends on the discharge current. A lower discharge rate (like a 20-hr rate) allows the battery to deliver more total Amp-hours compared to a high-speed discharge (like a 2-hr rate).
