Designed for Electric Vehicle, Solar Battery, E-Bike, and Electric Scooters. Available for Lifepo4 and Li-ion battery types, ranging from 3S to 48S, 10A to 500A. Both simple and smart BMS options are available.

Our BMS supports 3.2V rated Lifepo4 batteries, 3.7V rated Li-ion batteries, and LTO batteries. The package includes additional accessories: Bluetooth module, USB to UART adapter, and connection cables.

1. Which current of the PCB should I choose?
It depends on your motor power or controller current limit. For 13S 48V: Below 350W choose 16A; Below 500W choose 18A; Below 800W choose 35A; Below 1KW choose 60A. For above 1200W, follow the same logic or consult technical support.
2. Can I use a bigger size PCB than required?
Yes. If you need 60A but choose 80A, it is perfectly fine. It allows for higher current with no negative impact, though the price may be slightly higher. However, never choose a lower specification than required (e.g., using 50A instead of 60A).
3. What kind of charger should I choose?
Lithium batteries must be charged using a specific lithium battery charger. Do not use lead-acid battery chargers, as they can damage the MOS pipe of the PCB.
4. Do I need additional balancers if I have a PCB?
Yes, adding active balancers is ideal. While the main function of a PCB/BMS is to prevent over-charging, over-discharging, and over-heating, adding balancers ensures better performance, longer battery lifespan, and full capacity usage.
5. How to judge if my PCB is broken or not?
Use a multi-meter to check if the voltage of each cell is consistent. If there is a 1V difference, performance issues like short driving distance or sudden cut-offs may occur. If the battery voltage measures normal but cannot discharge, the PCB may be defective.
6. Is this BMS compatible with LiFePO4 batteries?
Yes, we provide specialized BMS designs for various lithium battery chemistries including LiFePO4 (3.2V rated), Li-ion (3.7V rated), and LTO batteries.
